Mama Baby Yoga – 5 weeks

Reconnect with your body while having fun with your little one

Gentle practices to regain power and energy combined with deep relaxation.  The focus is on movements that strengthen the back, neck, and shoulders, support the pelvic floor and the core, and that you can include in your daily mamma life. Learn about postnatal rehab and what you need. Learn songs and movements that you and baby can enjoy together that follow baby’s stages of development and for those challenging times. All this and more.

This is for babies from 8 weeks, to the age they have yet not learned to crawl around too much.

About the teacher

Trishula is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, doula and teacher trainer.
Her passion is taking care of students (especially women) and she has been doing just that for over a decade in Prenatal and Parent Baby courses. She also trains other teachers to do the same – so you are in safe hands. 
She’s a mother, lives in the forest north of Uppsala, and you’ll always see her dressed in colors.
Trishula has been guiding these courses since 2009 and is passionate about making this time in your life more joyful and easeful.
