About this Course

Start your weekend with time to connect with yourself, your baby, and other women, or just relax with these cozy, informative, supportive, and fun classes.
The course includes simple movement practices and tips to relieve common pregnancy complaints and utilizes the many tools of yoga, and Trishula’s extensive experience, to ease you through this special time, preparing you for birth and beyond. 

About the Teacher

Trishula is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, doula and teacher trainer.
Her passion is taking care of students (especially women) and she has been doing just that for over a decade in Prenatal and Parent Baby courses. She also trains other teachers to do the same – so you are in safe hands. 
She’s a mother, lives in the forest north of Uppsala, and you’ll always see her dressed in colors.
