Josephin is the founder and guiding force behind Yoga Folks, the mother of all our trainings and the heart that keeps it all flowing. For over a decade, she\u2019s been teaching classes, workshops, and trainings in Sweden and England, sharing yoga with equal parts knowledge, humour, and heart.<\/p>\n

Her teaching is rooted in depth and warmth. She has a gift for seeing every student in their own unique light and creating space for them to unfold fully. Dedicated to offering the most enriching experience possible, Josephin weaves wisdom with playfulness, structure with soul, and learning with laughter.<\/p>\n

With over 1,800 hours of training in Vinyasa Krama, Bhakti Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Hands-On Assists, Sequencing, Yin Yoga, Women\u2019s Therapy, and Yoga Nidra, she continues to evolve as both student and teacher, always in service of authentic, living yoga.<\/p>\n
