Her journey began with Hatha yoga, and over the years she has taught a wide range of styles, including prenatal yoga, yoga for teenagers, senior yoga, and Restorative yoga &#8211; which is where her main focus lies today.\u00a0No matter the style, she always loves coming back to the basics: simple, accessible yoga that welcomes everyone. Her classes combine knowledge, presence, and a good sense of humor, making every student feel at ease.<\/p>\n<p>Her motto is: &#8220;Yoga is a serious thing, but you don&#8217;t have to be serious while practicing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karolina<\/strong> (also known as Karro) teaches vinyasa yoga with a love for dynamic, fun flows where mindfulness and laughter go hand in hand. She believes yoga should be both inclusive and joyful &#8211; creating a warm, welcoming space where beginners and experienced practitioners alike feel supported to explore and grow.
