Yoga Deepening Course

A 2.5-day deep dive into practice, philosophy, and self-exploration

This course is designed for anyone looking to establish your own self-practice, deepen your understanding of yoga, or prepare for our 250-hour teacher training. If you’re feeling the pull to go beyond simply practicing—to understand the why behind the movement, breath, and philosophy—this weekend will give you a strong foundation to build upon.

  • Get to know the yoga lingo, the rituals & the habits. In a practical way, you will learn and become familiar with the sun salutations, breathing- and meditation techniques.
  • Breakdown and modifications of an array of asanas for your individual body.
  • Learn about yoga philosophy and the Eightfold Path—and how it applies to everyday life.
  • Understand the importance of daily practice and routine—and how to create a sustainable one.

Your teachers

You’ll be guided by three dedicated and experienced teachers:

Josephin

Founder and lead teacher of our 250- and 300-hour teacher training. A certified massage therapist and yoga educator with over a decade of teaching experience.

Isabell

Co-owner of Yoga Folks, devoted yoga practitioner, and forever student of meditation, awareness and energy work.

Viktor

Deeply committed to vinyasa and breathwork and has been a core teacher at Yoga Folks since day one. Viktor brings a joyful presence in every class.

Who can join?

No need to have an established practice already (if you do great! But it’s not a must) —just a genuine interest in yoga. However, please note:

  • Attendance for the full course is required.
  • All teachings and materials are in English.

It felt like a warm embrace to the world of yoga. I felt like I was in guiding and secure hands. I definitely bring with me the awareness of the breath, registering it and focusing on it, not only during classes but over the weeks. That the ”one breath – one movement” makes sense!
