The Hero’s Journey – 100min yoga class for earth day

On Earth Day, we invite you to step away from the noise of daily life and come home – to yourself, and to the earth. This special 100-minute class is inspired by mythologist Joseph Campbell’s timeless archetype: the hero’s journey. Expect a transformative journey, inspired by the insightful work of mythologist Joseph Campbell.

What to expect:

Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic and fluid sequence mirroring the trials and awakenings of the hero’s path. Expect organic movement, inner fire, and moments of quiet strength — all in tune with nature’s rhythms.

Restorative Yoga: Gentle postures that invite rest, integration, and reconnection. A softening into the support of the earth.

Yoga Nidra: A guided meditative journey through the inner forest — a place of memory, renewal, and clarity. A chance to listen deeply, and emerge with new roots and vision.

Why This Class?

Transformation begins with awareness – of ourselves, of each other, and of the living world we’re part of. This class is an offering to reconnect, feel deeply, and align with what truly matters. Through myth, movement and stillness, we remember: healing the self and healing the planet are not separate paths. Let this practice be an embodied gesture of love for the Earth.

Become the hero of your own story – this journey begins within.
