Welcome to our summer workout and celebration! 💛
We’ve made new workout friends at CrossFit Södermalm. Turns out, it can actually be quite fun to work out 😉 Join us, and experience it yourself, on June 10th for an afternoon of movement, connection, and summer vibes.
We’ll meet at the studio at 16.45 and head to CrossFit Södermalm, just around the corner, where we’ll train in teams, challenge ourselves (still in a yogic way, so don’t be scared, my love!), and have some fun.
After the workout, we’ll go back to Yoga Folks for a grounding and restorative session to cool down and recharge.
Once we’re done (around 19.00), we’ll head over to Vitabergsparken (maybe buy a pizza on the way or some other park-friendly food) and enjoy the evening together as the sun slowly sets. Stay for as long as you’d like, bring your favorite drink, relax, connect, and celebrate the start of summer with us!
This event is all about bringing people together, hanging out with our community, and kicking off the summer in the best possible way.
We can’t wait to high-five our biceps and roll around in the grass with you all! Just make sure to reserve your spot since spots are limited.
What to bring for the workout:
Comfortable clothes to work out in (yoga clothes work fine for both activities)
Shoes for the CrossFit session
Waterbottle
Change of clothes after classes if you prefer
