Breathwork & Reiki
his class invites you into a deep and transformative inner experience. Using a dynamic conscious connected breathing technique, you’ll be guided to soften the mind, open the heart, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
Breathwork helps to release stagnant energy, clear emotional blocks, and bring balance to your nervous system. As you breathe, Reiki energy is gently offered to support, soothe, and hold you throughout the journey.
This is an intimate meeting between you and you — a space to come home to yourself.

Donation classes are open to all and led by our newly graduated yoga teachers — each with their own style, from smooth jazz vibes to sizzling heat or heart-shaking Shakira flows.
It’s 50 SEK for everyone, with every donation funding scholarships for Yoga Folks’ 250hr Teacher Training. A brilliant way to support others on their yoga journey. Come flow with us and know your practice is making a difference!

Embodied Yin™ takes yin yoga beyond the ordinary, inviting you to explore deep healing through the whole body-mind. Blending somatics, intuitive movement, non-dual Tantra, Chinese medicine, and yin, it opens space and releases old limits.

In this class we use different techniques to unveil our inner movements such as thoughts and feelings. We observe our inner states and rest in being the observer.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga
When you need to truly relax, unwind, and melt away stress — this is your mini-vacation. It’s juicy, sweet, and feels sooo good. Slip under an eye pillow, quiet your mind, and have nowhere else to be. Leave restored, relaxed, and maybe a little blissed out.
What to expect: lounging on the floor with bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows, calming breathing, meditation, and gentle yoga.

Welcome to 75 minutes of sweet, soothing self-care yoga. A delightful mix of lördags godis: slow flow, yin yoga, restorative poses and yoga nidra.
This class will allow you to land in your body and connect with yourself, through conscious breath and some delicious, well-deserved self care.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga
A sweet treat for body, mind, and breath. This gentle, slow-paced flow creates a subtle, meditative space — your own little sanctuary. Like a lullaby, it guides you through soft poses into stillness, ending with deep relaxation and meditation.
What to expect: slow transitions, soothing asanas, and plenty of time to breathe, unwind, and let go.

A slower, gentle yet strengthening class where you will flow with a soft paced breath, ending in a long restful and meditative savasana.
What to expect: Slow transitions, fewer asanas and loads of time to rewind, feel the breath and relax. Suitable for everyone.
Sound Healing

Sound Healing combining relaxing meditation with vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and drums to assist you in deepening your inner connections and finding harmony.
What to expect: harmonious music, meditation and relaxation.
Strong Flow
Strong Flow
Vinyasa in its fiercest way, this is what you get to really move the past week out of your system! As in all practices, it's up to you how spicy you wanna go - but if you're up for it you will be able to work thoroughly with the bigger muscle groups of the body through a flow, work on flexibility and stamina, get the blood pumping and end in sweet rest.
What to expect: steady paced vinyasa, arm balances, added strength and loads of fun! Not suitable for beginners.
Sweaty Yogalates
Sweaty Yogalates
Ditch the gym for a fiery blend of yoga, Pilates, and high-intensity intervals. Sweaty Yogalates delivers a full-body workout that builds strength, fires up your core, and gets your heart pumping — all barefoot on your mat.
What to expect: warm up, flow through energizing HIIT-style moves, and finish with a sweet savasana.
The Blow Out
The Blow Out
The full blown badass experience. This is a 4 step journey: HIIT-exercises, yoga asanas, breathing and last but not least, yoga nidra. Move, sweat, stretch, breathe, and then completely let go — all in one single class!
What to expect: High intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga asanas (yoga postures), breathing, and yoga nidra meditation (body scanning).

Early birds - welcome to this dynamic morning class, put together for you to explore your body and your edges, your breath and set the day off with great intentions.
What to expect: Sun salutations, standing and seated poses, breath and meditation. Not suitable for beginners.

Pow wow, Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced linking conscious breath with dynamic movement. The idea of one breath-one movement, commonly known as flow yoga. So come on sailor, let’s cruise the waves of breath while getting a full body practice.
What to expect: a sweaty, flowy, sometimes challenging, class packed with good groovy tunes.
Yin Yoga

Welcome to a class of delicious self care. We will work into the tissues and the mind, with a powerful yet ultra restoring Yin practice. This is a beautiful way to release tension in the muscles, faschia but also your mind. Allow yourself to let go to let things unfold.
What to expect: Slow movements, longer holds in poses, dim lights and loads of cozyness.
Yoga 100
Yoga 100
100 minutes of yoga – we’re talking asana (posture), breath, meditation and a bit of workshopping in the middle. A class where we have more time to get into the nitty grittys of poses and practices. Think playground, and your body is the toy!
What to expect: Warm up, flowing elements moving into taking apart postures, movements or families of postures. And always a sweet ol’ savasana.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra
A guided deep relaxation practice that brings you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Practiced lying down, this class requires no physical effort. Through body awareness, breath, and visualization, the nervous system is given space to fully rest and reset. Ideal for stress relief, recovery, and deep inner calm.
What to expect: Complete stillness, guided meditation, and deep rest.
Somatic Vinyasa

Tune in. This class invites you to slow down and listen deeply to your body, moving at your own natural pace. Breath and movement are woven together in fluid sequences, with an emphasis on inner sensation rather than external shape. You are encouraged to explore movement intuitively, cultivating presence, curiosity, and self-compassion.
What to expect: Slow, exploratory movement, minimal cueing for alignment, and space to move in ways that feel natural and supportive.
Yoga Therapy Balls
Yoga Therapy Balls
A gentle, therapeutic, and exploratory class using small balls to support myofascial release, enhance body awareness, and relieve accumulated tension. Through slow, intentional movements and moments of stillness, the body is invited to soften, rebalance, and restore its natural flow of energy.
What to expect: Floor-based work, targeted release for specific areas, and a deeply restorative, nurturing pace.

A treat for your body and mind with a slow, gentle flow to find release and connect with your breath, followed by Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and nervous system reset. A grounding, restorative practice to leave you calm, balanced, and refreshed. Sweet isnt’ it.
