About the facilitators:

Ann-Cathrin has been teaching yoga for over 30 years. Her journey began with Hatha yoga, and over the years she has taught a wide range of styles, including prenatal yoga, yoga for teenagers, senior yoga, and Restorative yoga – which is where her main focus lies today. No matter the style, she always loves coming back to the basics: simple, accessible yoga that welcomes everyone. Her classes combine knowledge, presence, and a good sense of humor, making every student feel at ease.

Her motto is: “Yoga is a serious thing, but you don’t have to be serious while practicing.”

Karolina (also known as Karro) teaches vinyasa yoga with a love for dynamic, fun flows where mindfulness and laughter go hand in hand. She believes yoga should be both inclusive and joyful – creating a warm, welcoming space where beginners and experienced practitioners alike feel supported to explore and grow. With a foundation built through training at Yoga Folks, she brings a genuine passion for continuous learning to everything she does.
