Ulrika Hedbäck
Ulrika graduated from her first yoga teacher training at Yoga Folks in 2022, and since then, her journey with yoga has continued to unfold. One of the many reasons she loves yoga is that it truly works – if one gives it the chance – and for her, it feels like coming home to herself.
Her latest love is Yoga Nidra, where creativity meets the power of rest.
People have always been the red thread throughout her adult life and career, showing up in many different shapes and forms. Currently, she has her dream daytime job, building a culture of sustainable employees.
