The Yin Circle

Autumn reset, a 3-session deep dive into stillness, connection and self-exploration.

Summer has a way of opening things up. A sweet sense of freedom and possibility. More space. A little more room to breathe.

Maybe you felt it? Inspiration, connection inwards, the tune of your inner voice. Time for daydreaming, for plans to take form or just a subtle hint of direction.

The Yin Circle is for you who want to keep that connection as the days get shorter and you return to everyday life.

Autumn is a natural point of alignment. A moment to check in and choose: what stays, and what goes?

Over three sessions, we move from tuning in to letting go and finding direction. Making space to listen, noticing what stands in the way, and gently following what feels true.

The Yin Circle is designed for anyone feeling the pull to go a little deeper. This small, intentional group explores another layer of the practice using yin yoga, meditation, journaling and reflection as tools to reconnect with your inner voice.

This Circle is for you if you want to:

  • Move into autumn with more awareness
  • Have real conversations with yourself and others
  • Deepen your understanding of yin as a reflective practice

What to expect

  • Slow practice with longer holds and lots of props
  • Guided meditation and simple pranayama
  • Journaling and structured reflection
  • Optional sharing
  • A small group in a supportive environment

The schedule:

Slow down and ground yourself. Stay present long enough to notice what feels true.

What stays and what goes? Practice gentle discernment and boundaries.

Trust your inner voice and find the courage to listen to the message it carries.

About the facilitator:

This course is guided by Anna. She fell in love with mindful rest and embodied movement after a period of strict Ashtanga practice. During her first yin teacher training, the power of stillness, inner listening, and honest sharing became clear. Since then, these elements have been central to both her personal practice and her teaching. In The Yin Circle, she brings tools from her own practice and continuous studies, creating a space that is a little different than a regular drop-in class.
