Somatic Breathwork
Somatic breathwork is a practice that helps you shift from your mind to your body’s energy system. It releases excess energy from repeated thoughts and emotions by channeling it out through the body. This method uses circular breathing and rhythmic music to trigger emotional release, which might include movements, shaking, or even crying or laughing. Through breathwork, you can tap into your natural healing abilities, clearing away barriers that prevent you from being your true self.
If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, please advice with your doctor before joining this class.
