Wanna celebrate the bride-to-be with something a little different? Round up your favourite people, pick a soundtrack and come flow, laugh and sing along with us at our studio on Södermalm, Stockholm.

No yoga experience needed, we promise. Our bachelorette party yoga classes are made for all levels, so whether your crew is full of seasoned yogis or people who have never rolled out a mat, everyone is in. Just show up with your best party energy and we’ll take care of the rest.

1. Bachelorette party yoga class

A private, all-levels 60-minute yoga class, just for your group, set to the era of your choice. Playful, energising and easy to follow, it ends with a moment of calm, so you head off to the rest of the celebration feeling fresh.

Price: From 4 000 SEK incl. VAT (up to 16 people)

2. Extended Package: Bachelorette class + Before I Do

Everything in the Bachelorette Class, then a short break followed by “Before I Do”: 30 minutes with relationship coach Josefin Kollberg from Studio Syntes.

Pop your bubbles (bring your own!) and let’s dive into the juice. “Before I Do” is a relaxed, no-filter hangout where nothing is off limits. Ask Josefin all the questions you’ve always wanted to ask a relationship coach – yes, the dirty ones too.

Need some inspo? Things like:

How do you keep the spark alive after ten years (and two kids)?
Is it normal to fight about the dishes? Asking for a friend.
What’s the secret to great sex in a long relationship?
How do you stay you when you become a we?
What do the couples who make it actually do differently?

Then the spotlight turns to the bride-to-be. Everyone gets to share their best (and cheekiest) advice and wishes for married life – and she gets to take them all home with her.
