Welcome to your sanctuary of rest and reflection. Join us for a week-long retreat at Möllan Retreat Center, nestled in the peaceful forests of Småland. This serene setting is perfect for renewal, deep rest, and reconnection.

While your days will be filled with powerful practices and enriching sessions, you’ll also have time to enjoy the forest paths, the quiet lake, and the warmth of the sauna.

We are honored to have Satyadev as our guide on this journey. With his deep knowledge of Vedanta and self-inquiry, he will lead you through philosophy via mantras, satsangs, rituals, and heartfelt conversations.

To prepare for the retreat, we encourage you to begin a kriya practice about three weeks beforehand. You can continue it during the retreat—and even beyond. In the evenings, we’ll gather for stories and sharing, including the teachings of goddesses Matangi and Kamala.

Our physical practices will focus on the restorative. You’ll explore the power of stillness, comfort, and support, and leave with the skills to share Restorative Yoga with others.

Finally, we’ll dive into Yoga Nidra. You’ll explore its ten stages, learn its science, and discover how to guide this practice with care, warmth, and clarity.

HERE’S WHAT’S ON THE SCHEDULE

  • Bhakti Yoga
This entire module is rooted in Bhakti Yoga—the yoga of devotion. We’ll sing, share stories, and create spaces for reflection. Together, we’ll build our rest nests, gather by the fire, and sit in truth—whatever that means for you.
  • Restorative Yoga
The physical practice centers around Restorative Yoga. You’ll experience and learn how to guide practices that prioritize stillness, deep support, and gentle presence. By the end of the retreat, you’ll be equipped to teach Restorative Yoga confidently and compassionately.
  • Yoga Nidra
We’ll immerse ourselves in the subtle power of Yoga Nidra, exploring its ten stages, benefits, and physiological foundations. You’ll learn to bring this practice into your own teaching, offering students a welcoming space for deep rest and awareness.
  • Philosophy & Self-Inquiry
This is a chance to explore big ideas with curiosity. Through open discussions and study, we’ll dive into Vedanta and other meaningful teachings. This part of the training invites you to go inward, reflect, and reconnect with purpose.
  • Rituals & Prayers
Ritual is part of everyday life for Satyadev, and he’ll share his love for it throughout the retreat. You’ll be invited to join in simple yet meaningful ceremonies that bring people together in beauty and intention.
