Welcome to your home away from home, a sanctuary of pure bliss! Join us for a week-long retreat at the Möllan Retreat Center in the serene landscapes of Småland. This idyllic setting offers the perfect environment for rejuvenation, reflection, and renewal. While our days are brimming with enriching practices and insightful lectures, we’ve carved out ample time for you to savor the enchanting surroundings, including the sacred forest, the tranquil lake, and a soothing sauna.

On this profound journey, we are honored to have Satyadev as our guide. With his profound knowledge of Vedanta and self-inquiry, he’ll usher you into a realm of philosophy through the magic of mantras, enlightening satsangs, engaging discussions, and meaningful rituals.

We encourage you to embark on a kriya practice, which you can begin three weeks before our Möllan adventure and carry on throughout the retreat—and, ideally, beyond. Our evenings will be filled with captivating storytelling and heartfelt sharing, as we delve into the captivating world of the goddesses Matangi and Kamala.

The physical practices in this module will revolve around the restorative, allowing you to not only experience but also master the art of stillness, support, and comfort. By the end of this training, you’ll be equipped to share the gift of Restorative yoga with your own students.

Furthermore, we’ll immerse ourselves in the realm of Yoga Nidra, unlocking the wisdom of this state of heightened awareness through the exploration of its ten stages, its myriad benefits, and the underlying physiology. As teachers, you’ll learn how to infuse this practice with acceptance and warmth, creating a space of profound welcoming.
