From October to March, we’re turning up the heat to help you shake off the winter melancholy. Whether you’re looking for an energy boost, better sleep, or a peaceful escape from the dark days, our light therapy has your back.
We have Infra Red lights which helps for increased warmth and blood circulation, and UV-B light which stimulates the vitamin D production and balances the melatonin hormone.
