At Yoga Folks in Södermalm, Stockholm, we offer light therapy sessions that help you feel brighter, more focused, and recharged. Each session includes warmth, full-spectrum light, and a cozy, peaceful setting.

You don’t need to bring anything but yourself. Just relax in a reclining chair, soak in the warmth, and let the light do the rest. These sessions are great for everyone and especially helpful during the darker months.

From October to March, our space turns into a gentle sanctuary. Whether you’re looking for a boost of energy, better sleep, or a mental reset, light therapy can help you feel more like yourself again.

  • Temperature: +30°C
  • What to Bring: Please bring your own towel to cover your chair or to use as a pillow during your session.
  • Etiquette: We ask that you respect the peaceful, calming atmosphere—no talking or working during your session.
