This shala is bright, peaceful, with a intimate feeling. Perfect for yoga classes, meditation, breathwork, workshops, trainings or creative sessions that need room to breathe.

- Up to 15 mats (25 seated)
- Lounge area with water, coffee and tea

Made for one-on-one work like massage, healing or bodywork.

We call it the Nest.
Quiet, grounded, and just a little tucked away, it’s a space for words to land.
Perfect for therapy, coaching, holding space or just deep listening.

Single occasions
300 SEK/hour (ex. VAT)
Recurring occasions
Half day per week: 1 200 SEK/month (ex. VAT)
Full day per week: 2 000 SEK/month (ex. VAT)
*Minimum 3 months rental. You get your same time slot every week, simple and steady.
