In this immersive experience you will explore your koshas (your layers of being according to yogic philosophy) through a variety of practices including Yin, Vinyasa, Pranayama, and Meditation.

What to Expect:

  • Kosha-wha? Learn about the Koshas, the yogic philosophy of the layers, or sheaths, of being.

  • Annamaya kosha: Yin and Vinyasa Yoga. Sink into deliciously deep poses that rejuvenate your body and mind to then energize and invigorate with dynamic sequences that build strength and flexibility.

  • Pranamaya kosha: Discover your breath, calm your mind, and elevate your energy.

  • Manomaya kosha: Explore the mind and the practice with a guided journaling exercise.  

  • Vijnanamaya kosha: Land softly into meditation.

  • Anandamaya kosha: Move beyond the practice of yoga to becoming the experience itself, merging body, breath, mind, and wisdom into a singular, vibrant presence.

About the teachers

Lovisa Gunnarsson
Lovisa brings her vibrant energy to every class, guiding students through fun and strong Vinyasa flows that challenge both body and mind. Lovisa’s classes are perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a powerful yet grounding practice that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Jenny Rosberg
Jenny teaches vinyasa with a smile and pranayama with the warmth of a breath. She loves to build strength into softness and to delve into philosophy.

Karolina Silverberg
Karolina teaches vinyasa with a strong emphasis on fun and dynamic flows. Her warm and welcoming teaching style is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike, providing a supportive environment for everyone to explore and grow in their yoga practice.
