The Hero’s Journey – Through Darkness Into Light

Become the hero of your own story — this journey begins within.

Join us for a special Black Friday event designed as an antidote to the day’s usual consumerism. “The Hero’s Journey – Through Darkness Into Light” is a two-hour immersive experience that guides you through a transformative journey, inspired by the insightful work of mythologist Joseph Campbell.

This workshop will help you delve into the stages of the hero’s journey: facing challenges, embracing transformation, and emerging with renewed purpose and empowerment.

What to expect:

  • Breathwork and Journaling: Grounding breathwork and reflective journaling, setting intentions and identifying what no longer serves you.
  • Yoga Sequence: Move through a dynamic Vinyasa flow that mirrors the trials of the hero’s journey, from confronting inner shadows to discovering inner strength.
  • Restorative Practice: Gentle, restorative postures to invite deep relaxation and soothe both body and mind.
  • Yoga Nidra: A deeply restorative meditation that guides you on an inner hero’s journey, connecting you to your personal path of transformation.

Why This Workshop?

This workshop is an invitation to opt out of Black Friday’s frenzy and choose a path of self-discovery. Embrace the metaphorical hero’s journey, delving into practices that foster mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with yourself. By nourishing your inner world, you can reflect resilience and vitality, mirroring the natural world around you.
