Let’s gather. To stretch, to breathe, to play, to be still. To remind ourselves what it feels like to be deeply human — together.
This October, we invite you to step away from the noise and into something simpler, softer, and more connected. Four days by the sea, surrounded by autumn woods, shared meals, shared practice, and the gentle rhythm of nature.
This is a community retreat — we’re keeping the price low to make it accessible, and we’ll co-create the experience together. That means helping out in the kitchen, sharing ideas and offerings, and holding space for each other, whether that’s through yoga, conversation, cracking jokes or just being present.
We’ll move together twice a day: a long, grounding morning practice with yoga, pranayama, and meditation, and a playful, spacious afternoon session. In between, there’s time to wander through the forest, dip in the sea, warm up in the sauna, or curl up with a book. Meals will be nourishing and homemade — and yes, we’ll invite you to join the kitchen magic, because nothing builds community like cooking together.
Why come?
This retreat is for you who long to:
- Recharge in nature, without the pressure of a fancy, high-price retreat
- Be part of a co-creative, supportive group
- Balance movement and stillness, connection and solitude
- Share meals, stories, laughter, and maybe even a little dancing
- Step away from everyday life and remember what feels good, real, and true
We’d love for you to be part of this weekend — not as a guest, but as a co-creator. Bring your whole self, your curiosity, your openness, and let’s make something beautiful together.
Affordable, spacious, and open-hearted — sign up soon, spots are limited.
The Venue
Our home for the retreat is Lyckhem, a unique spot on Väddö’s southern tip, surrounded by open sea, forest trails, and wide skies. You’ll find yoga shalas, cozy lounges, a sauna, a crossfit gym if you’re feeling bold, and a sprawling garden. From the jetty to the little sandy beach to the cliffs facing the Åland Sea, it’s the kind of place where you can breathe a little deeper.
There’s space for around 30 people, with simple, comfortable rooms spread across the main house and annexes.
The Food
Every day, we’ll gather around three beautiful vegetarian meals, laid out buffet style — fresh, nourishing, and full of color.
Our wonderful chef Rut-Malin will be rocking the kitchen, crafting meals that are as comforting as they are vibrant. And because this is a community retreat, we’ll all lend a hand here and there — chopping, stirring, laughing, maybe sneaking a taste or two — because let’s be honest, sharing the kitchen is half the fun.
Expect food that fills you up in all the right ways: seasonal, flavorful, made with care, and best enjoyed together after a long, sweet yoga practice or an afternoon swim.
For us, it’s not just about yoga. It’s about how we come together.
We love creating spaces where new friendships spark — where strangers become companions, and companions sometimes become lifelong friends. There’s something special about stepping outside the city, outside the roles and titles we carry, and meeting each other in a more unarmored way.
Here, you don’t have to be “somebody” — you just get to be you. No need to perform, impress, or achieve. We play together, we share meals, we laugh (a lot), we have honest conversations, and we allow ourselves to be seen — just as we are.
This is the magic of retreat: when we gather outside our usual lives, we remember what’s real. We remember how good it feels to connect, to move, to rest, to share space with others in a way that’s light, open, and true. And we carry that feeling home with us — a little less armored, a little more ourselves.
Best way to travel
Easiest way to travel is definitely by car, the drive takes around 2 hrs from Stockholm City center. When we get closer to departure we’re happy to put all students together in a WhatsApp group and you can coordinate between each other. You can use your own car or rent one together!
It’s also possible to go by bus, it takes about 3,5hrs from Stockholm city center and you take a bus to Norrtälje towards Björkö and jump off at the stop called “Skeppsmyra affär”.
