Discover the art of meditation and the path to true focus and concentration in our transformative training. We believe that in order to teach meditation effectively, one must first become a friend of focus. That’s why we’ve made it one of the central pillars of this program, alongside an array of other captivating inner practices.

Our course offers a comprehensive exploration of meditation, covering its essence, purpose, and techniques from a multitude of perspectives – from the wisdom of Eastern Yoga and Buddhism to the insights of Western psychotherapy. It all begins with you, as we guide you through daily practices that span from mantra, yantra and mudras to Vedic meditations.

Take a deep dive into the world of Yin Yoga alongside our experienced instructor, Sammy, for 25 hours of immersion. While you may not emerge as a Yin expert, you will grasp the fundamental principles of this practice that distinguishes itself from both dynamic Yang and restorative styles.

In our quest to befriend the mind, we understand that mental health is a vital subject to explore. Our Yoga Therapist, Ida, will lead you on a journey to teach trauma-informed practices, delve into stress management, and delve deeper into the intricacies of the nervous system and its responses.

Throughout the training, we’ll infuse our work with the chakras, with a special focus on the final three: Vishuddhi, Ajna, and Sahasrara. We’ll also draw upon the energies and wisdom of the seventh and eighth goddesses, Dhumavati and Bagalamukhi, and unravel their significance within the philosophy of yoga.
