Tension in your body. Noise in your mind. This is a space to slow down.
You’re invited to step into your authenticity, not by fixing or forcing change, but by learning to hold yourself with care, courage, and acceptance.
Whether you’re seeking to manage stress, cultivate inner peace, or live more in alignment with your values, this workshop will gently support your process with presence and purpose.
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll weave together the deeply explorative practice of Yin Yoga with mindfulness and self-inquiry to support your nervous system and guide you back to your natural state of balance.
Blending the wisdom of yoga with therapeutic tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you are invited to explore what it means to meet yourself with compassion, just as you are.
You don’t need to “get it right,” and you don’t need to know the science to feel the shift.
Just come as you are, and allow space for what is.
You’ll be gently guided to:
- Unwind physical tension and mental noise
- Explore grounding breath and presence practices
- Strengthen emotional resilience through compassionate awareness
- Leave feeling more grounded, connected, and at peace
No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed.
All bodies, all experience, warm welcome.
