Explore somatic movement and embodied writing for self-discovery and liberation.

In this workshop, we will consciously weave yoga practice into embodied writing practice.

Slow somatic movement will allow us to settle our mind so we can express ourselves freely beyond the layers of judgements, responsibilities and censorship. Writing practice will be supported by some juicy prompts where we learn to discover your authentic voice.

Ai Hiroshima Hjelm

Writing has always been a tool for Ai to bring a balance into her life. Since early age, she has been writing daily journals, novels and poems. During recent years, she has started to use writing as a way to nourish the mind. Now, she would like to spread the magic of movement and writing to the world.

Tokyo-born, based in Stockholm and mother of two. Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. Somatic movement explorer. Book lover. Weaving the poetry of life through the body. Always a dancer at heart, Ai has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years. With a background in ballet, it was a natural progression to delve deeper into somatic movement and yoga practice.

Ai steers you into the practice of awareness where you actively discover and observe all the things that your body and mind carry. She holds a safe space to slow down, allowing time for everybody to fully absorb and experience the present moment.
