Anna Trulsson
Anna brings a gentle and open-hearted teaching style to her classes, always passionate about guiding students on their journey to connection and self-discovery.
Her yoga journey began over 20 years ago, and she started teaching in 2018 after completing her first training. Since then, she has expanded her teaching palette to include not only hatha and vinyasa, but also yin, somatics and other movement practices.
Rooted in kind and curious exploration, Anna’s teaching philosophy invites students to connect deeply with themselves and discover their own unique way of practicing. She believes in finding joy in movement, listening to your body, and balancing effort with ease, yin with yang.
Whether leading a flowy vinyasa or a soft, nourishing yin class, Anna creates a space where you feel supported, inspired, and free to follow your body’s wisdom. Her aim is that you’ll leave class feeling not just stronger or more flexible, but more at home in yourself.
