In an energy healing session I act as a channel, channeling high frequency energy though my body to yours.
During a session you get to rest and bathe in these energies so that the body gets the opportunity to heal and return to a state of wholeness. Both releasing blocked energy and increasing the flow of energy though your body.
I work mainly with the divine feminine energy and the energy of the rose. I use my hands and give soft touch and sometimes pressure. I also work with sounds from crystal bowls, my voice and light language which is the direct translation and transmission of high frequency energy codes containing healing properties and messages that bypasses our conscious mind and directly resonates with the frequency of body and unconscious mind. A very potent way of getting direct healing energy to the body.
Every session is unique and happens in an intuitive flow. Often I will receive messages during the session from your guides or other, which I share at the end of the session if there is wish to receive them.
