Josefin is a certified therapist working with an integrative therapeutic approach with a foundation in psychosynthesis, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion focused therapy and ACT. It is important to find an individual approach that works for you as a client and that you feel safe and grounded.
She also offers coaching for people working in the creative field and for groups. In coaching, we focus on the direction forward, how to get there, how to work from your values and express yourself through empathic communication.
