Sessions combine yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, guided relaxation, and simple tools drawn from yoga, Ayurveda, and trauma-informed mind-body practices.

Yoga therapy can help you deepen your yoga practice with detailed, individualized alignment cues, explore your mobility with confidence, and find a more easeful relationship with your body. It can also support you when navigating stress, fatigue, tension, pain, or periods of transition and uncertainty.

RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH HOT STONES

Private Session (1–2 people)
A practice of deep rest, warmth, and personalised care.

Slow down, soften, and let yourself be held by a practice designed to melt layers of physical and emotional tension. In this private restorative session, you receive dedicated attention tailored specifically to your needs, supporting injured, sensitive or overworked areas of the body with safety, care and skill.

Using supported restorative postures, therapeutic props and the grounding presence of warm stones, the session gently guides your whole system toward rest and renewal.

How heat supports your body:
The warmth of the stones encourages the muscles and fascia to relax on a deeper level, improving circulation and helping the nervous system shift into a calmer, more regulated state. As the body feels supported and safe, the mind begins to settle, making space for profound rest and emotional ease.

What to expect:
• A slow and spacious practice designed around you
• Gentle movement to prepare the body for rest
• Fully supported restorative postures using bolsters, blankets, and props
• Warm stones placed on key areas to release deep-held tension (such as shoulders, back, hips, or feet)
