For deep rest, recovery, and connection
Craniosacral Biodynamics is a gentle and deeply restorative hands-on therapy that supports the body’s natural
capacity for healing and self-regulation. During a session, you rest comfortably on a treatment table while the therapist places their hands lightly on different areas of the body, without manipulation or pressure.
The treatment invites the nervous system into a state of deep rest and stillness, creating space for the body to reorganize and restore balance from within. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, Craniosacral Biodynamics works with the underlying patterns that may contribute to stress, pain, tension, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or other physical and mental challenges.
This approach is rooted in the understanding that Health is always present within us. By orienting toward the body’s inherent intelligence and organizing forces, the treatment supports the system in directing itself toward its original blueprint of Health. It clears what might be in the way.
Craniosacral Biodynamics has evolved from the work of the early American osteopath William Garner Sutherland and was further developed by his student and colleague, Dr. Rollin Becker. At its core is an invitation into stillness, allowing the body’s own wisdom to guide the therapeutic process.

Sofia has been studying and practicing Craniosacral Biodynamics since 2017 under the guidance of Bengt Elmström, one of Sweden’s leading teachers in the field. Today, she works alongside Bengt both in clinical practice and in professional training.
